Des has never seen him act like that, then he remembered that she was his charge.
Sabine giggled and gave him a hug. "Sorry, I didn't mean to embarrass you." He really was a handsome guy. She realized that if it weren't for fate and her bond with Ivan, her dad may have gotten his wish. He was going to have girls throwing themselves at him.

Talon gave her a quick hug back. "Nah you didn't embarrass me. It's just cold out here." He winked at her and gave her an award winning smile.
Brighid couldn't keep her eyes off the tall blonde. He was flirty but gentlemanly. He reminded her of Micah but he was somehow different. She couldn't put her finger on it just yet but she would find out.
James dropped Seri, Neomi and Marie off at the mall. Braden had opted to stay home and hang out with Alaiyah. Seri ran and jumped into Des' arms whereas Neomi helped Marie over the ice holding her hand.

Des looked over the triangle forming between his eyes. It didn't bidebode well. It wouldn't be the first time this happened to Kyrian.
Shannon elbowed Kaleb and nodded at Brighid. It seemed like her cousin had a type.
Des forgot all about everything else when he heard Seri. He caught her and spun her around, burying his face in her hair, breathing her in. It made him feel better to have her close. He nipped at her ear and kissed her neck. "Hey there, cher."

Kaleb chuckled and wrapped Shannon up in his arms with her back against his chest. People were gradually showing up but he didn't want her to get too cold. And he just liked holding her.
Seri kissed Des' cheek with a smile. "I'm so glad you invited us out. Watching Braden fall all over himself over Alaiyah is pretty disgusting."
"You just say that because he's your cousin. What are you doing right now?" Marie smirked at her as Neomi kissed her hand.

Shannon snuggled back into Kaleb. She loved being his. And she really loved watching the girls waking into the mall checking him out.
Des put Seri down, draping his arm over her shoulder. "We're not disgusting. And Braden is just happy he's find a girl that can't see the constipated looks he gets when he's thinking about something too hard, him."
Sabine was looking around at all the couples, she really wished that she could be that free with Ivan. But she wouldn't dwell on it. She was here to get out and have sone fun with people her own age.
Wren had talked Caden into picking up Rune on three way. Logan was spending a quiet day with Kat. So they rolled up seeing a group outside. She hopped out wearing get usual short skirt and a leather jacket. This wasn't cold to her. Caden crawled out of the car. He was asking for a truck or SUV for his birthday!

Rune rubbed his eyes before getting out of the vehicle. These damn contacts were going to kill him but they were meeting new people and were going to be in public so he'd rather not have the attention on him. He smiled at the group as they approached.
Neomi looked relieved when she saw Caden and Jameson show up. She just felt better when they were around.
Kaleb smirked at Caden. "Hey big man. I think that car is just a tad too small for you don't you think? I'll get the number for dad's mechanic and see if he can build you something custom." He loved mentioning his father around him just because it usually made him blush.
Shay pulled in shortly after they did and joined the group with her normal peppiness. Talon about started to drool.

Wren was sad that Rune was wearing his contacts, but she understood. She took his hand and joined everyone.
Caden just swallowed hard. He was getting better about the thought of Kallen. But he felt like he'd ever be completely over it. "Uh, yeah. That would be great. I need a new car. Something taller at least."
He smiled at Shay as she ran up. He picked her up and kissed her cheek. "Hello beautiful." He set her down and smiled at her.

"Hey! I finally saved up enough money to get a piercing. I want to pierce my tongue. What do you think?" She stuck her tongue out at him.
Talon groaned but only loud enough for Des and Kyrian to hear. He had a huge thing for girls with pierced tongues. They felt amazing.
Kyrian couldn't help but laugh at him. "So is this everyone? Des, where are your manners? New people...new faces..." He really just wanted to see Talon trip over himself when the blonde was introduced.

Caden didn't know what to say. He just raised an eyebrow at her. "Um, well... Could be cool. Wren's always wanted to get hers done, too."
Des laughed at Talon. He thought it was even funnier that he wss probably going to assume that Shay was with Caden.
"Well, this isn't everyone, but it's a good start. This is Kaleb and his girlfriend, Shannon. They are Juniors. This is Shannon's cousin, Brighid. She's with us. Then there's my Seri, Marie and Noemi. This is Rune, he's a sophomore also. So is Jameson. The giant over there is Caden and his twin sister, Wren. And the lovely miss Shaelynn. Then, Talon, you already know Sabine and this is Raven. They are freshmen. Everyone these are my two best friends since diapers. Talon and Kyrian."

"Oh so we're getting titles with our names now huh?" Jameson laughed. "A pleasure to meet you." His eyes didn't travel far from Talon. Normally he didn't have eyes for other men but he was pretty.
Everyone shared pleasantries. Talon was very respectful of Shay figuring she was with the giant. He couldn't explain it but he kind of felt drawn to him and his sister. Neither of them threw off glamour so he was a little confused.
Dash showed up with Alli a few minutes later. "Hey! Sorry we're late. We were trying to convince dad that the Duck wasn't invited. How's it going?"

Caden didn't notice Jameson checking out the beautiful blonde man, cause he was going the same thing. Sometimes he hated that his eyes wondered. His heart never did, but he couldn't help his eyes. Wren nudged Rune to show him the duel stare down and laughed, she stepped closer to the boys "Well, at least you have the same taste. But I think you're SOL, he was oogling Shay when she walked up." She winked at her.
Des chuckled at Dash. "And this is our Superstar Quarterback, Dash and his little ball of spunk Allison. Guys, please meet Talon and Kyrian. They are my best friends from back home and they just moved up here. They will be going to school with us, them."
Alli smiled. "Howdy! And call me Alli, I'm only Allison to adults and when I do something really stupid."

Jameson looked at Wren shocked that he had gotten caught but then he looked at Caden's somewhat guilty face and just chuckled and shook his head. Shay bit her bottom lip and peeked over at Talon. He was handsome. Maybe the perfect distraction from the boys. Talon winked at her and she blushed.
Dash chuckled. "Welcome. It's a good thing you're both here. Des has been moping ever since he got here. Whining that he was all alone."
"Sounds like him." Kyrian smirked at him. "I'm the brains of this operation. Des is the brawn and Talon is the beauty. Wait...do I have that right?"

Caden just took Jameson by the hand and leaned in to whisper "I love you" and kissed his temple. He always felt terrible when he got caught looking at another man. He cleared his throat. "Um, anyway. We waiting on anyone else or do we want to head inside. Wren and I could stand out here all day, but the new guys look like their turning blue."
Sabine tried not to snort the water she had been drinking out of her nose and looked at Talon sheepishly.

Talon gave Sabine a dry look and smacked Kyrian when he started laughing. "Why don't we had inside? If anyone else shows they can find us. I don't know how you guys stand this weather."
Kaleb shrugged. "A lot of us have built in furnaces or are cold blooded." He led Shannon inside with a smirk and everyone proceeded to follow them.
Jameson squeezed Caden's hand and whispered up to him. "I love you too. Apparently I was staring as well. Sorry."
Rune chuckled at the boys' conversation and kissed Wren's hand. "Do my eyes look horrible?"

Wren piped up. "Nah, Gigantor and I are just used to a lot colder than this. Though, this ice and wind shit gets a little old!" She turned to Rune. "They don't look that bad, but they would be better if you took those god forsaken things out. I get it, but I wish you didn't feel like you needed them. I like seeing your real eyes." She smiled and gave his hand a squeeze.
Caleb smirked. "I forgive you if you forgive me. I will say though, I'm not sure why. But I feel an odd sense of comfort around him. I don't get it. He's not one of us, I think he's some kind of Changeling."
Shannon walked inside with everyone else. "I just keep my heater with me. And this cold can suck it, but at least isn't not bloody rainin' all the time."
